HYT unveils the S1 Limited Edition "Kazakhstan," a hydromechanical sports watch produced in only 8 pieces.
This exceptional timepiece features a titanium case coated with turquoise ceramic inspired by the Kazakhstan flag's blue, evoking the country's perfectly clear sky. Golden-yellow touches echo the flag's golden elements, creating striking contrast against the black-coated movement.
At its heart beats the caliber 501-CM, a 352-component hydromechanical micro-mechanism offering 72 hours of power reserve. This manually wound movement represents a contemporary, miniaturized interpretation of ancient Egyptian water clocks.
Its microscopic bellows, made from an exclusive alloy with walls one-quarter the thickness of a human hair, move black liquid through the borosilicate capillary tube displaying retrograde hours.
The muscular 45.30mm × 17.20mm case offers perfectly balanced proportions for optimal wrist comfort. The turquoise case combined with the matching rubber strap creates a uniform, charismatic appearance, while the black movement visible beneath the anti-reflective sapphire crystal provides captivating depth.
The sub-dials with white markings and a touch of bright red for the power reserve indicator evoke sports car dashboard instruments.
